Steve: So, if you had three pieces of advice for a business owner who wanted to instill a culture of sustainability, as part of their ethos, what would those three pieces of advice be?
Julia: First, think about the purpose of your business. Why does it exist and what good is it doing in the world through the products and services that you are offering?
And then, how can you connect that purpose to environmental and social responsibility? And how can you do it in a way that really makes sense for your brand and what your company stands for?
And once you get that idea straight in your head, share it with all the employees and the story behind your thinking.
