Find People That Can Balance That Marble

A lot of times the goal is hard to define, you know, it moves a lot. People change! They have lives outside of your business. And so that’s a constant challenge of keeping that marble balanced on the beach ball. And obviously you can’t touch everyone in the organization. So, you have to find people that can balance that marble, maybe as well or better than you. And try to put them in positions where they can take over some of that responsibility.
