The other thing though is, just because my primary contact at a company is excited about pushing sustainability and really wants their company to make great strides and be a leader, it doesn’t mean that all the employees are on board.
And I think the first piece is awareness.
Many of them are not on board because they never really thought about what sustainability has to do with their job.
And so sometimes you get the wheels turning and they think, oh, really? And they’re curious and they want to learn more.
