And sometimes it might be, “What are the quickest things we can do that will make a difference?”
Because sometimes whatever will make the biggest difference takes changing suppliers, completely redesigning their products, shifting their range of products vastly from one type to another type.
And that’s not something that they can accomplish quickly.
But maybe, there’s something quicker they can do with how they power their buildings.
Or maybe, they can find a way to recycle a lot of the water that they’re using to produce their products. And it’s not a huge investment. It depends.
There’s big and little things that they can do.
Or there’s some things that might be small, but that all the employees will see. And it will be evidence that says, ‘Okay, we know this is a small step. We wanna move in this direction.’
