And if you want to have a chat to Steve and get into the group globally, what’s the actual group meetings called? There’s actually a number of them because there’s different educators.
Like we have a gentleman who does expeditionary mindset leadership. He actually leads students around the world, teach them leadership principles while being basically out in the woods and on mountains and in semi-dangerous situations.
We’ve got another guy named Nando who is a neuro linguistic specialist and a psychotherapist who teaches leadership for executives and it’s a very much a mindset thing like Michael does. And and you know John is a very strategic thinker.
He he’s very much into planning. So he has a strategic planning course. And then I do the globally conscious piece which includes understanding Mocha, non arguable goals, which are something we could spend 10 hours on.
Zero unmeasured externalities, which is a specific non-arguable goal that I think drives excellence in every organization and I can show people how to do that.
We also have Noel Christensen who has run several different been CEO of a couple different organizations and she teaches women in leadership and she’s got huge chops in supply chain and international business and even like U.S. military contracting and things like that, so.
