Circular Economy & Making Better Input Choices

So I don’t know where we are in the circular economy at this point in making better input choices, continuing to learn your supply chain –  because if you think you know your supply chain, the reality is you don’t – and setting up some processes and procedures, and some guidelines, and trying to build a strategy.

Say, “We can’t go from zero to a hundred. So let’s block out 20 mile an hour chunks”

And start moving and getting things set up so that we can say, “We now prefer recycled materials, or we are going to move heavily towards recycled materials. We prefer GRS certified recycled materials.”

And then the next step would be what is the recycling ability of these fibers that we’re choosing, whether they are recycled or Virgin?

You have got to get certified for that. There’s an accreditation process.

That’s not a just decision you make on a Tuesday and say on Friday, we’re done.
