Creating Dialogue

I don’t have any qualms calling people out and saying, “We’re supposed to be having a dialogue.” That’s the point of this.

So tell me about your last customer interaction. Think of one today.

And by the way, it could be your family, your kids, your boss, you know. And don’t think just about the customers, they’ll be bigger than that.
