Just getting people together, organized, focused, working together with various backgrounds, cultures, belief-systems, educations, personal goals, desires.
So you’ve got to kind of get your head around all of that for these individuals.
You can’t lose sight of that. And then figure out how it fits together. And it’s just constantly moving.
