We think we can have a bigger impact with those folks. So yeah, and your use of the word mastermind is excellent.
We stay away from that for those groups because most people think of a mastermind group is like 30 to $50,000 a year. At least I do when I look at them and they’re for CEOs and whatnot.
And these are like mini masterminds that are affordable for people. If you’re a middle manager in a marketing department or the design department and you want to be the manager of the design department.
Basically, for a couple $100 a month, you can sit with people and learn leadership skills every week.
You don’t have to be there every week and and put the stuff into practice. You can get advice from people, from me, from Noel, from Nando, whoever you resonate with as an educator.
You you talk to that person every week and if you try and practice things and say like this totally failed, then everyone’s gonna go, yeah, I totally failed too.
Let’s try this other thing. I love. I love that format. And anytime I’ve attended one, it’s just like, I always have these.
Oh my God, that’s I’m going to steal that or just, you know, you get a little bit stuck in what you’re doing and you just get so many ideas and flexibility and you can just take little bits of what people are doing.
Yeah, they’re really, really great resource. So sounds like a good thing, Steve.
