Large organizations have an incredible immune system to new ideas and any kind of innovation, it will absolutely kill it.
And so then you have to be very strategic about it. It’s a skunk work.
It is the Amazon model where they just go out and start a new LLC with eight guys in it and completely keep it outside the organization. Nobody even knows about it except for HR, right.
And they have all kinds of little startups around the edges that they fund that then maybe later will come inside the organization.
