And so Ernest Shackleton has got to be one of the best examples. And I have all my students read about the Endurance and about this ship that took off to find a route through the through the Arctic.

And man, what happened on this expedition is in completely miraculous and the reason this happened and. And I’ve looked into this quite a bit, reading the story and kind of doing other research is this.

This guy had an amazing ability to collaborate. He led by example. He had a lot of empathy and understanding for his crew, crew members. He was keen on conflict resolution. I mean, you know, he’s he was a master at utilizing a lot of these emotional intelligence skills to create an environment where they could thrive.script
