Mastering MOCA – Empowering Middle Managers for Lasting Company Success

Well, the the challenge with our name is it looks like we talked to the CEOs and it really the people that we’re thinking that we’re talking to are the people in the middle of the company.

And so if we can get an entire team to come in and understand MOCA, understand non arguable goals, understands agile processes of constant improvement that’s better and for long term for the company.

And then they can go out and actually teach and train MOCA and all that stuff to other people.

So we’re really looking at the we do have owners and executives and but it’s the middle people that we really want to target.
