For me, if there’s more of us– like the three of us trying to share the platform, share the voice– bring the issues forward to solution. And if you’re not the right person to talk about it, pass the mic. That can potentially help balance out some of the polarizing conversations and polarization and groups forming.
If that can happen, then you can continue with that dialogue. Otherwise you won’t be able to get the progress you need.
