People are willing to change if it will improve their own life and the life of their family and their own neighborhood. And so we have to admit that during those years, 70s, 80s, 90s, we were fighting against invisible forces that were discounting the climate science, even though they owned the best climate science there was.
I won’t name the corporation, but they had the best data, they had the greatest, best scientists, and they were creating disinformation against the truth that they knew.
But that horse has left the barn now.
And I think people will learn.
And societal change takes time.
