It brings us deep sorrow to announce that Dr. Sandip Lalli passed away unexpectedly in December of 2022. Sandip was a great friend to us personally and a driving force behind The Globally Conscious Leader® almost from the beginning. Her boundless energy and enthusiasm for diversity, inclusion and as well as her passion for teaching leadership skills will be missed on a global scale.
Dr. Sandip Lalli is a long term value creation professional having worked as top-tier Chief Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-founder of a venture capital fund she has deep experience and expertise in finance, risk, and strategy, rounded by sustainability and executive leadership. She is a sought after sustainability and environmental, social and governance professional.
With a global career working in 36 different countries, Sandip has 24+ years of experience and a track record of strategic execution. Sandip is known as an astute business strategist and innovative senior executive with multi-faceted experience within international corporations in agriculture (Cargill Inc), financial and capital markets, and the energy industry.
Her approach is harnessed with strong analytics, complex business modeling, risk management,
internal audit, people leadership, and execution roadmap to enable strategic delivery. Sandip holds an Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) designation, a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master’s degree, and is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant.
Sandip believes that her greatest impact will come by turning influence into collaborative action and
driving results, delivering outcomes, and harnessing talent with a globally conscious mindset.
