Where I think it’s at now is because of that shakeup and people’s immediate selfish, you know, desire to have what they want.
I think everybody just became a little bit more globally aware of, you know, what is it to be, you know, human working these days and what does that mean and how does that factor into your day-to-day. And then as a business leader, you’re looking at what does that mean for, you know, your employees and everything like that.
There’s also been huge pushes, obviously, with climate change and, you know, global policies and and things like that.
